MODERN TECHNOLOGY
mitsubishi cleansui
MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL GROUP was the first corporation in the world to develop hollow fiber filter technology made from ultrafine polyethylene material, producing extremely thin filter fibers, processed inside. High technology by spinning at high temperature and the process of stretching into fibers without using solvents, thus ensuring the safety of drinking water, ultra-clean water after being filtered. Hollow fiber filters with very small perforated tubes, and water must flow through the walls through millions of small holes with sizes from 0.01 to 0.1 micrometers.

HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE
Hollow fiber filter with very small perforated tubes, only from 0.01 to 0.1 μm, ensures cleanness and safety for water after being filtered.

Strong filtering capabilities
The sidewalls of hollow fiber membrane can remove the minute particles as 0.1 micromet in tap water.

THE DIFFERENCES WITH HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE FILTER
Results of comparison before and after use

MESH STRUCTURE
Movement of water through the hollow fiber membrane filter. Impurities are filtered inside of these fibers.

ABLE TO ELIMINATE RED RUST

REMOVE CRYPTOSPORIDIUM
Cryptosporidium's size is about 4 to 5 microns. It's harmful to the body through the digestive tract cause fever, acute diarrhea, etc. Chlorine disinfection at waterworks can not eliminate this bacteria
HORIZONTAL SURFACE OF FILTER
The figure shows the cross-sectional diagram of the filter. The outer surface of the hollow fiber on the right, the inner surface on the left. Water will flow from the outside to the inside in the direction of the arrow. Bacteria and other microparticles cannot pass through the gaps in a pore membrane microstructure, which will be trapped on the outer surface and the layers near it. Therefore it is not possible to enter the membrane.

FLOW THROUGH FIBER THAT
Water is filtered by a stream flowing from the outside of the hollow fiber into the inner surface through the holes of the hollow yarn

HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE
Water can absorb from the sidewalls of hollow fiber which included millions of filter holes with the miniscule size from 0.01 to0.1 micromet nside hollow fiber. Impurities has bigger size than 0.1 micromet as algae, microorganisms, turbidity, bacteria, rust, mold, metal components in water, ... are kept outside the membrane. Only clean water and minerals go through filter membranes.
